These Terms of Service govern your use of our SMS messaging service and explain what you can expect when you sign up to receive text messages from us. By providing your mobile number and opting in to receive SMS messages from Garden Taskforce, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service.

Our SMS program is designed to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards, including the CTIA Short Code Monitoring Handbook and carrier requirements.

Garden Taskforce SMS Program

1. Program Description

When you subscribe to the Garden Taskforce SMS program, you will receive text messages containing:

  • Garden care reminders and maintenance alerts

Messages are designed to help you maintain a beautiful garden and stay informed about our services and seasonal opportunities.

2. Opt-Out Instructions

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the short code.

After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Important: To opt out, simply reply "STOP" to any message we send you. You will receive a confirmation message immediately, and your subscription will be cancelled.

If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance at any time.

Carrier Information

4. Carrier Liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

While we make every effort to deliver text messages in a timely manner, message delivery is ultimately dependent on your mobile carrier's network performance and service quality. Neither Garden Taskforce nor our messaging providers are liable for messages that are delayed, lost, or not delivered due to carrier issues, network problems, or other factors beyond our control.

5. Message and Data Rates

As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you.

You are responsible for any charges your mobile carrier may assess for SMS messages. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider directly.

6. Message Frequency

You will receive approximately 1-4 messages per month from Garden Taskforce. The exact frequency may vary depending on seasonal gardening schedules, special promotions, and service updates.

We will not send excessive messages or spam. Our messaging schedule is designed to provide value without overwhelming you. If you feel you are receiving too many messages, you can opt out at any time by sending a "STOP" reply.
